The Drug Enforcement Administration launched new specialized forms for medical cannabis manufacturers, distributors and testing labs that want to register for federal protections in line with the Trump administration’s marijuana rescheduling move.

A coalition of anti-marijuana groups and a pharmaceutical company filed a brief before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia Circuit in their challenge to a federal program covering hemp CBD products under Medicare.
